Viktor Y. Pimshin : “International cooperation in shaping the strategy of the national telecom operator and the communications industry”

On November 24, in the hall of the MSE MSU ‘s Academic Council was held a meeting  with Viktor Yuryevich Pimshin, Deputy Director of the Strategy Department of PJSC Rostelecom

Viktor Pimshin made a  presentation on the topic: “International cooperation in shaping the strategy of the national telecom operator and the communications industry”.

Mr. Pimshin Viktor Yuryevich, is a graduate of the Lomonosov Moscow State University:

• In 2002, B.Sc. from the  Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Department of Economics,
• In 2004, MSc. From the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of the Lomonosov Moscow State University
• In 2005, graduated   from the Department of Mathematical Methods of Economic Analysis of the Economic faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

He has a large and an intensive professional experience and in different years he was working for the largest Russian companies:

2002-2005 – Financial analyst in the Metallurgical group “Mechel”;

2005-2007 – Executive director in Financial department of AFK “Systema”;

2007-2014 – Head of Budgeting and Treasury Operations Department, Rostelecom Group;

2014- present- Deputy Director of the Strategy Department, Rostelecom Group.
