MSE MSU Associate professor of the Chair of Financial Strategy I.V. Novikova has taken part in the international forum The future of labour spehere:
dignified labour for everybody (Baskorkostan). The forum took place on 3-5 February 2019.

The forum marked the 100 year anniversary of the International labour organisation and the 100 year anniversary of Baskorkostan Republic.

I.V. Novikova has presented a report on the modern labour potential development in the framework of panel discussion with the topic Humanisation of labour:
promotion of decent employment and social security.

On the conference I.V. Novikova together with N.V. Loktuhina (PhD in Economics, a Professor in the Labour and social relations academy) have also made a report on unsustainable employment in the Russian Federation and the ways to mitigate it.
